• This electric knife sharpener lets you sharpen stainless steel, steel, or ceramic knives with a diamond stone. Caution: Please avoid sharpening ceramic knives not from KYOCERA with this product.
• Equipped with a knife guide slot, it is easy to sharpen the edge uniformly at the same angle.
• You can turn it on or off by pressing the switch. An indicator light signals when the power is on or if it runs out of battery.
• The safety cover compartment and the dust collector prevent grinding dust from spreading.

Use & Care

• Wash it well after each use and dry it thoroughly before storing.
• You cannot sharpen single-edged blades such as deba knives or sashimi knives. Please do not use it on special knives such as bread knives either.
• You cannot sharpen thick blades with this sharpener.
• You cannot change the grinding wheel.
